Yesterday 26/05/2021, I met Rahman for the first time. He is the front man of R. H.& son's motor's of Wednesbury and a nicer or more genuine man would be hard to find. I arrived to view a Ford Galaxy 2010 vintage with my part exchange vehicle as we had discussed by telephone the previous day. I immediately felt at ease and secure as Rahman is so polite and unassuming. He is definitely a credit to himself and the family business. The Ford Galaxy was exactly as described, Rahman viewed then road tested my part exchange vehicle and agreed upon the terms discussed previously without even the slightest pressure or attempt to downgrade my vehicle. My entire experience was 100% positive, Rahman and R H.& son's deserve maximum praise and a five star recommendation. And the icing on the cake, My NEW car is WONDERFUL. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, couldn’t find a fault even if I wanted to. RH couldn’t of been better or more accommodating, from phoning him to us taking receipt of the car was about 36 hours, he drove the car to us in Chesterfield and was just as nice in the flesh as he was on the phone. It genuinely pleases me to be able to write a good review because I’ve had some pretty shocking customer service experiences in the past, not this one though. Exceptionally happy with the service and experience from RH & Sons Motors Ltd. Although a far distance from us, they really went above board to give us a 5* service, with exceptional customer service, quick response time whatever time of day, and was sure to not let the restrictions of Covid-19 affect our ability to ensure we found the right vehicle most suitable to our needs! We had video calls before hand and despite the difficulty being able to pick up the vehicle ourselves, a free delivery was offered to us and we received the car in less than a week over 130 miles away!!! We are so very happy with the service we have received aswell as the condition and price of the vehicle being a huge bonus! We will definitely be returning in the future when a new vehicle is needed but in the meantime urge anyone who feels reluctant to buy vehicles online and require reassurance when making their purchase like ourselves to give these a call. Had a great experience when buying my new used car. The company had kept me informed throughout. There was no pressure during test drive or any hard sells. Bought a Mini Cooper from RH and Sons. First phone call was great, answered all questions and was reasuring. We decided to buy the car there and then. They went out of the way to have the car delivered to us within 3 hours (west Midlands to Leicester) on a Sunday! Car was fantastic and had no issues so far. Only serviced in October with full history and spare keys. On arrival was a very friendly and professional exchange. Car was delivered clean in and out. Not bad wards to mention. Recommended.
