Five star reduction to two star

8 days ago I left a perfect five star review, unfortunately since then things have not been plain sailing, Clio was as advertised low mileage, excellent body and interior. On test drive there was a clunk, I was told this was possibly new Sway Bar fitted, the car was a little jerky and hesitant, I assumed it was getting use to new clutch...we drove 55 miles home almost a Motorway, and all seemed fine, hence review. The first issue was there was only one key, subsequently replacement is between £65-£135 for code key. Second issue the air condition was not working, however I was assured car had full pre-sale check so why.? New condenser and re-gas required £245. Third issue loud clunk still present, turns out new fitted Sway Bars not attached properly Garage had to rectify. Fourth the jerky pull away and stutter got worse, turns out a new Coil Pack is required, it could be rectified for trade by R H and Sons about £45, against £235 I was old to claim on warranty car sold as seen.

Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Absolutely first class from start to finish. I purchased a car car unseen as I live 30 miles away. The description was spot on, the process was clearly explained, and it was delivered to me just 2 days later. A socially distanced handover was carried out and they made sure I was 100% happy with the car before they left. I’m over the moon with the car and I’m so grateful to Hamid for all his help - nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade!

Absolutely excellent levels of customer care, car 2007 Clio with 33.000 miles was exactly as described, I had looked at five other cars and was beginning to despair, most scruffy , not as described, missing service history or V5 , presentation is so important as is description. When I spoke to the proprietor Rahman about the importance of finding the right car for our 23 year old daughter in terms of style reliability warranty he went out of his way to help. On viewing this immaculate full service history, he said take it for a long test drive alone...it was exactly as described...we purchased next day and collected, absolutely fine example of professionalism.
