Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Rahman from start to finish. A genuinely lovely bloke who clearly takes pride in his business and looking after his customers. The whole process was seamless and completely stress free. Communication was excellent throughout, every question I had was answered openly and honestly, and there was never any pressure to make a purchase. The transparency and straightforward approach were really refreshing compared to some experiences I’ve had with other car dealers. The vehicle was very reasonably priced, and Rahman was completely upfront about everything. I was fully aware of a couple of minor issues when viewing the car, which I was more than happy to sort myself given the fantastic price. I still feel we’ve come away with a great deal and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. As an added bonus, Rahman offered free delivery and was even prepared to deliver the car the same day. He happily accommodated our circumstances and arranged delivery for the following day instead. When the car arrived, he’d also had it valeted, which was a lovely unexpected touch and really shows the level of care he puts into his business. It’s clear that Rahman is an honest, genuine gentleman who values his customers and runs a great business. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Was very dubious about not buying from a traditional garage set up. The location to view the car is at a home. However the service we received was brilliant, car arrived with all the all the paperwork including an invoice of work completed, all questions we asked were answered. Driving licenses scanned, and trade plates put onto the car to test drive, test drive route was a good mix of roads to test the car fully. We did have an issue with the car once we’d taken it home, we spoke to RH and son’s, communication was good, options discussed, resolution was found. We had a really good service from start to finish, definitely will use them again.

Absolutely awesome service from start to finish. Rahman was meticulous with the whole buying process and put me at complete ease. He explained everything about the car and had all the relevant paperwork to accompany it. Don't be worried about viewing the car from the roadside, the main depot is literally down the road.
